Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly talented individual in a Business Development capacity. Kitchenhaus is an award-winning supplier of residential cabinetry, both direct to the trade and retail through our showroom location. We are a market leader with a tremendous track record providing a unique service to clients. Based in Kelowna, BC, this position offers an exciting opportunity to get involved in the outside sales and business development of custom cabinetry for new homes and residential renovations. The main purpose of the role is the development of new client accounts for the promotion and sale of our products within BC. Developing a comprehensive understanding of residential construction and cabinetry, the role will involve building deep long term and profitable client relationships. Essential and prerequisite requirements are: • knowledge of current residential construction, and/or pick up this knowledge very quickly • very strong communication and presentation • very strong sales and business development skills and intellectual rigor • A proven track record in building a client base and relationship management • Additionally you should have adaptability and the ability to influence to achieve success; Be a driven individual with the ambition and the desire to achieve. Sales/Designer

We are looking for creative and motivated people to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have proven sales ability and a background in interior design or residential construction. You will play a crucial part in creating a unique experience for our customers and will provide full guidance on kitchen design and installation from beginning to end. The main purpose of this role is to maximize retail sales opportunities by providing a comprehensive design, planning, and sales service to customers. 20/20 Design software knowledge is an asset but not required. Excellent compensation/benefits package plus bonus.

Cabinet Installer

We require an experienced installer for Kelowna & area. Must have minimum 5 years experience and own their tools. Successful applicant will have great customer service skills, able to work under strict deadlines and have high expectations in their quality of craftsmanship. This individual must be fully capable of working independently and have own transportation. Signing bonus will be awarded to the successful individual.
